We want you to be completely satisfied with your H Potter home and garden accents; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to maintain their handcrafted quality during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage to the glass or metal finish during shipping.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
